PTC: Social Media
The Ask:
Create social media posts to promote company culture to potential employees and engage current employees with PTC’s social media accounts. Each week, I brainstormed with the employer brand team and creating graphics and reels across Instagram and LinkedIn.
The Results:
In six months, engagement on Instagram and LinkedIn doubled.
I was tasked with creating branded graphics for an employee toolkit to celebrate PTC’s Great Place to Work™ certification in 16 countries in 2022. Great Place to Work™ recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience. Great people make up great organizations. This creative was centered around PTC’s employees for recruitment and retention.
Interns: Day in the Life
What happens when you hand the camera to the interns?
I pitched the idea of an Intern Takeover for National Intern Day and directed the social takeover, giving three PTC interns a platform to share their experience from their perspective.
We built the story around their real routines, personalities, and perspectives, turning a simple “day in the life” into an engaging employer-brand story that felt authentically theirs.
I worked alongside the interns from concept through execution, guiding the creative, shaping the story, and helping them bring their ideas to life.
Wordle was trending because the daily puzzle was quite challenging and many players lost their win streak. This post offered a “redemption“ round with the left post first, and the answer the following day.
Left: A gif to celebrate Stress Awareness Month, which is in April.
Right: A gif created to celebrate 3/14, Pi day.
